Currently, we are only able to serve specific regions due to logistical constraints. The following countries and regions are eligible for delivery:

If you are located outside these areas, we are unable to offer retail services at this time. However, please feel free to contact us if you have wholesale inquiries.

Processing & Shipping Time:

  1. Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days.
  2. Shipping Time: 10 to 12 business days.
    • Please note, we do not ship orders on weekends.
    • Important Notes:
      • If PostNL ships your package, tracking information will not update until the package is ready to fly, which may take 3-10 days.
      • If DHL or DPD ships your package, tracking will not update until the package arrives in Europe and clears customs, which can take 7-15 days.
      • We recommend waiting 3 days after receiving the shipping notification email before following up on tracking.

Package Tracking:

  • Once your order is processed, you will typically receive a tracking number within 1-2 business days. This means your package has been handed over to the carrier.
  • You can track your package using the following website: 17track
    Tracking updates may take 1-2 days to appear after the package ships.

Order Modification & Cancellation:

  • You can modify the delivery address or cancel your order anytime before the package is handed over to the logistics carrier.
  • Once the package has shipped, we cannot modify the address or cancel the order. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate, including house/apartment number, to avoid delivery issues. If an inaccurate address causes delivery failure, we may not be able to provide a refund or may offer a partial refund.

Package Not Received After Delivery:

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office for further assistance.
  • We are unable to provide after-sales service for packages that have been marked as delivered, and we cannot guarantee that the package has not been stolen.
